Ian Arvin Jaleco is passionate about real estate, always learning and exploring, ever curious and a bit of a perfectionist. Prior to getting his broker license, Ian was the third generation of his family to become a Licensed Professional Nurse. A native of the Philippines, Mr. Jaleco has been a longtime area resident having lived in Chicago, Skokie, Evanston, Park Ridge and now Wilmette, IL. He credits his family's principles, traditions and values for much of his success. He is a graduate of Angeles University Foundation.

Ian says, “I enjoy helping people because of my background in the medical field. I have a passion for education, and being a good agent requires educating people and guiding them on one of the most exciting decision they will make in their lives.”
